    摘要:

    在德国“工业4.0”和“中国制造2025”的推动下,测头在自动化开发应用领域备受青睐。分析了测头在西门子数控机床自动化加工测量应用中存在的风险。针对测头在测量应用过程无防撞、无防转保护问题,基于测头在西门子数控系统测量应用的实现原理,提出利用数控系统的NC异步调用和PLC逻辑控制的改进策略和解决方法。

    Abstract:

    Driven by German “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025”,the probe is more and more popular in automated development application.The risks of the probe in the automatic machining measurement process of Siemens CNC machine tools were analyzed.Aiming at the problem that the probe has no anti-collision and anti-rotation protection in the process of measurement application,the improvement strategy and solution which combined with NC asynchronous call and PLC logic control of CNC system were put forward based on the principle of probe application in Siemens machining.
