    摘要:

    为了解决稳健优化过程中柔顺机构多响应特性难以合理客观赋权的问题,提出一种改进灰色TOPSIS模型的多响应稳健优化方法。利用主成分分析解决多响应合理客观赋权问题;引入灰色关联分析法和TOPSIS法建立改进灰色TOPSIS模型,以灰色相对贴近度作为综合度量指标,使多响应问题转化为单响应问题;并对灰色相对贴近度进行主效应分析,获得最佳参数设计水平。通过实际案例验证了该方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    To solve the problem that the optimization results of response surface method in multiresponse problem are affected by the model accuracy, a robust multiresponse optimization method was proposed to improve the grey TOPSIS model by taking the 3-DOF flexible parallel fretting platform of cell injection as the research object.Principal component analysis was used to solve the problem of multiresponse correlation constraints. The grey relational analysis and TOPSIS method were introduced to establish an improved grey TOPSIS model, and the grey relative closeness degree was taken as the comprehensive measurement index to transform the multiresponse problem into a single response problem. Finally, the main effect analysis of grey relative closeness degree was carried out to obtain the optimal design level of the parameters. The effectiveness of the method is verified by a practical case.
