Abstract:In order to make passenger cars meet the requirements of national emission regulations,and make turbochargers have low speed and high torque,fast transient response and excellent NVH performance,a noise reduction method for turbochargers based on TRIZ theory was proposed.Through the principle of turbocharger noise generation,the problem contradiction was analyzed.By using the changing physical or chemical parameters principle,the preaction principle,the segmentation principle,nine screen analysis and other ways to lock in the source of noise,the corresponding improvement scheme was put forward.The results show that by using the TRIZ theoretical analysis method,production costs can be reduced,quality can be improved,economic benefits and market benefits can be increased.
