    摘要:

    比例溢流阀的压力控制稳定性对液压系统加载和限压至关重要。以某比例溢流阀为研究对象,建立溢流阀数学仿真模型,并通过试验验证了模型的准确性。分析主阀弹簧腔容积及先导腔阻尼孔直径参数变化对主阀压力控制稳定性的影响,为溢流阀的设计及使用提供指导。

    Abstract:

    The stability of pressure control of proportional relief valve has a significant influence on the loading characteristics and pressure limiting characteristics of hydraulic system.A certain type of proportional relief valve was studied based on mathematical model and numerical simulation.Experiments were also performed to verify the accuracy of the mathematical model.By analyzing the influence of the volume of spring cavity in main valve and the diameter of the orifice in pilot valve on pressure control stability of the proportional relief valve,it provides guidance for further optimized design and engineering application of proportional relief valve.
