    摘要:

    机床主轴一般采用非接触迷宫式密封结构,切削液容易进入主轴箱体内,引起轴承锈蚀。为解决这一问题,对数控车床主轴结构、漏液原因及密封原理进行了理论研究;以某型数控车床为研究对象,分析了该主轴密封结构存在的问题,重新设计迷宫式密封结构,并设计了安装在前端的密封装置。改进后的数控车床主轴由气幕密封、密封圈密封和迷宫式密封形成三重密封结构。使用效果表明,改进后的结构有效地解决了数控车床主轴密封的问题

    Abstract:

    For machine tools spindle, noncontact labyrinth seal structure is generally adopted, the cutting fluid is easy to enter the spindle box, causing bearing corrosion.In order to solve this problem, the CNC lathe spindle structure,leakage reason and sealing principle were studied theoretically; a certain type of CNC lathe was taken as the research object, the problems existing in the seal structure of the spindle were analyzed,the labyrinth seal structure was redesigned,and the sealing device at the front end was designed.Improved CNC lathe spindle was formed a triple seal structure by using air shield seal, seal ring seal and labyrinth seal.The using effects show that by using the improved structure, the problem of the spindle seal of the CNC lathe is effectively solved.
