    摘要:

    通过Microsoft Visual C++操作平台开发用户操作界面,利用PLC实现位置控制和速度控制,采用卡尔曼滤波算法实现在线检测,研发了汽车线束波纹管自动切割机。该自动切割机可实现进给、切割、检测自动化,且定位精确、锁紧快速。电控部分可实现波纹管切割机运动部件位置调整,检测部分可通过图像获取和特征抽取方法检测波纹管的波峰位置。结果表明:所开发的汽车线束波纹管切割机是一种稳定、有效、可切割到波峰位置的自动切割装备。

    Abstract:

    The user operation interface was developed through Microsoft Visual C++ operation platform, the position and speed control were achieved by using PLC, the online detection was realized by using Kalman filter algorithm, and then the automatic cutting machine for bellows of automobile wiring harness was developed. The automatic cutting machine can realize the automation of feeding, cutting and detecting, and the positioning is accurate and the locking is fast. Electronic control part can be used to adjust the position of the moving parts of the bellows cutting machine, and the detection part can be used to detect the peak position of the bellows by using image acquisition and feature extraction. The result shows that the developed bellows cutting machine is an stable and efficient automatic machining equipment which can be used to cut to the peak position.
