    摘要:

    分析蜗杆在数控转台的应用及其机械传动原理和控制原理,以及齿侧间隙的调整方法。推导数控转台蜗轮、蜗杆、支承轴承受力的计算公式。研究齿轮和蜗杆传动机构误差及蜗轮偏心装配对数控转台精度的影响。介绍了激光干涉仪法检测数控转台精度的检测原理和方法。研究内容为数控转台蜗杆传动机构和轴承的受力计算提供方法,为数控转台的精度设计、调试、检测提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The application of worm on CNC turntable, the principle of mechanical transmission and control, and the adjustment method of tooth side clearance were analyzed.Force calculation formulas of the worm, wheel and supporting bearings on CNC table were derived. The influences of the gear and worm transmission mechanism error and the worm gear eccentric assembly on the accuracy of CNC table were studied.The principle and method of checking the accuracy of CNC table by using laser interferometer were introduced. It provides a method for calculating the force of the worm drive mechanism and bearing of the CNC table, and provides reference for accuracy design, debugging and checking of CNC table.
