    摘要:

    针对力反馈射流管电液伺服阀前置级的缺陷,基于劈尖分流原理提出一种新型分流阀控双射流管电液伺服阀。设计以双锥阀芯、分流劈环、双射流管及直杆型反馈弹簧杆等为核心元件的伺服阀结构。确定新结构伺服阀前置级及主阀液流控制的两级控制方案,给出新结构伺服阀前置级力马达磁路、控制阀芯级件及主阀芯组件的数学模型。结果表明:新结构伺服阀输出流量或压力与阀的输入控制电流成比例变化。

    Abstract:

    In view of the defects of the prestage of the force feedback jet tube electrohydraulic servo valve, a new type of dividing valvecontrolled doublejet pipe electrohydraulic servo valve was proposed based on the split tip principle.A new structure of the servo valve with core elements of the doublecone valve core, splitter ring, doublejet pipe and straightrod type feedback spring rod was designed. The twostage control scheme of the new structure servo valve prestage and the main valve fluid flow control were determined, and the mathematical models of the prestage force motor magnetic circuit, the control valve core stage and the main valve core assembly of the new structure servo valve prestage were given. The results show that the output flow or pressure of the main valve is proportional to the input control current of the valve.
