    摘要:

    为改进某液压公司螺纹插装阀生产过程,对生产线进行精益改善。以价值流图为主线,运用山积图识别和记录过程中的浪费,采用5 Whys法分析产生浪费的原因。利用ECRS方法优化生产线结构和工艺以消除浪费,并结合标准作业方法绘制价值流未来状态图,实现了对生产线的精益改善。结果表明:改善后比改善前生产周期缩短了34.9%,在制品库存天数缩短了56.8%,增值比提升了51.2%,生产效率明显提升。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the production process of screw cartridge valve for a hydraulic company, lean improvement was carried out on the production line. Taking the value stream mapping as the main line, the waste in the process was identified and recorded by using Yamazumi chart, and the 5 Whys method was used to analyze the causes of the waste. The ECRS method was used to optimize the production line structure and process to eliminate waste, and the future state map of the value stream was drawn by combining with the standard operation method, and the lean improvement of the production line was achieved. The results show that after improvement, the production cycle is shortened by 34.9%, the work in process inventory days are shortened by 56.8%, the value added ratio is increased by 51.2%, and the production efficiency is significantly improved.
