    摘要:

    阐述五轴机床的RTCP(Real-time Transport Control Protocol)和非RTCP功能原理,研究双转台五轴机床的编程及加工机制。通过实验研究五轴RTCP及非RTCP后处理关键参数定制方法,使用NX 后处理构造器建立后处理程序。利用Vericut平台进行零件仿真加工,分析和比较加工结果,验证所提出的后处理器的正确性。研究结果为相关从业人员提供参考。

    Abstract:

    RTCP and non-RTCP function principles of five-axis machine tools were described,and the programming and processing mechanism of the dual-turntable five-axis machine were studied.The key parameters customization method of five-axis RTCP and non-RTCP post processing were studied through experiments,and the post processing program was built by using the NX post processing constructor.By using Vericut platform,the simulation machining of parts was carried out,and the machining results were analyzed and compared to verify the correctness of the proposed post-processor.The research results provide reference for relevant practitioners.
