    摘要:

    多电机同步控制系统稳态时负载突变时同步误差大,并且系统的跟踪性能与抗扰性能差。为解决以上问题,提出基于改进型速度补偿器的二阶线性自抗扰控制器。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下搭建了3台电机同步控制仿真实验模型并进行仿真。对比分析改进型偏差耦合控制结构与传统偏差耦合控制结构,研究结果表明:改进型偏差耦合控制结构具有精度高、抗干扰性好、收敛速度快等特点。

    Abstract:

    The synchronization error of multimotor synchronous control system in steady state is large when the load changes, and the tracking performance and antiinterference performance of the system are poor. To solve the above problems, a second order linear active disturbance rejection controller based on an improved speed compensator was proposed.Under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink, three motor synchronous control simulation experiment models were built and simulated. The improved deviation coupling control structure and the traditional deviation coupling control structure were compared and analyzed. The research results show that the improved deviation coupling control structure has the characteristics of high precision, good antiinterference performance, and fast convergence speed.
