    摘要:

    针对传统水泵测试系统对汽车电子水泵测试的局限性,研发一款基于嵌入式系统的汽车电子水泵测试系统,兼容多种汽车电子水泵。分别从硬件组成、软件设计和控制策略方面介绍该测试系统。设计嵌入式控制器实现系统的参数采集和工况控制。通过输入和输出RS-485、PWM、LIN和CAN等信号,模拟ECU对汽车电子水泵的控制信号;采用PID算法控制管路流量;设计了系统的上位机;采用某车企汽车电子水泵产品完成系统验收。该系统可用于不同控制信号的汽车电子水泵性能测试。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the limitations of traditional water pump test system on automobile electronic water pump test, an automobile electronic water pump test system based on embedded system was developed, which was compatible with a variety of automobile electronic water pumps. The hardware composition, software design and control strategy of the test system were introduced. The embedded controller was designed to realize the parameter acquisition and working condition control of the system. The control signal of ECU to the automobile electronic water pump was simulated by inputting and outputting RS485, PWM, LIN and CAN signals; PID algorithm was used to control pipeline flow; the upper computer of the system was designed; the system acceptance was completed by using the automobile electronic water pump products of a certain automobile enterprise. The system can be used to test the performance of automotive electronic water pump with different control signals.
