    摘要:

    根据磁头生产工艺要求,经过切削工序后的产品Slider需进行清洗,以保证清洁度。研制七臂七缸自动磁头振动清洗机,主要由上料位、冲洗位、振动刷洗位、海绵擦洗位、烘干系统、水路系统、七机械臂组合机构、框架等部分组成。介绍该设备的清洗对象和清洗方法,研究清洗时间、清洗液浓度、毛刷压入量等清洗参数对产品清洁度和掉料率的影响。设备投入使用后,运行稳定、可靠,产品清洗效果满足生产要求。

    Abstract:

    According to the requirements of produce process for heads,product slider need to be cleaned after cutting in order to ensure the cleanness.The seven-arm and seven-tank type automatic vibrating cleaning machine for heads was developed,which was mainly composed of loading station,flushing station,vibration brushing station,sponge scrubbing station,airtight dry system,water flow system,seven arms assembly structure,frame and so on.The cleaning object and cleaning method were introduced.The influence of cleaning parameters such as cleaning time,cleaning fluid concentration and brush indentation distance on the product cleanness and ration of slider loss was studied.After the equipment is put into use,its running is reliable and stable,and the cleaning effect meets the produce requirements.
