    摘要:

    介绍了液压油缸在盾构机推进系统中的作用与工作原理。带单撑靴的液压油缸油杆伸出时存在自旋现象,分析了此现象对盾构机工作造成的不良影响,并介绍了当前的技术解决方案。分析表明,现有技术方案未能从根本上解决液压油缸自旋现象。根据平衡力学原理以及液压缸液动力的特点,提出采取牵引导向防自旋的解决方案,并通过实际案例验证了其可行性。结果表明:所提出的牵引导向防自旋方案具备可行性、稳定性、先进性、经济性,能彻底解决带单撑靴的盾构机液压油缸油杆伸出时发生的自旋现象。

    Abstract:

    The function and working principle of hydraulic cylinder in the propulsion system of shield machine were introduced.The hydraulic cylinder with single prop boots has the phenomenon of spin when its piston rod is extended.The bad effect of this phenomenon on the shield machine was analyzed,and the current technical solutions were introduced.The analysis shows that the existing technical solutions can not solve the phenomenon of hydraulic cylinder spin fundamentally.According to the balance mechanics principle and the characteristics of hydraulic cylinder hydrodynamic force,a solution of traction guidance and anti-spin was put forward, and the feasibility analysis was carried out through the experiment case.The results show that the proposed solution is feasible,stable,advanced and economical,and can be used to completely solve the spin phenomenon when the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder with single prop boots is extended.
