    摘要:

    船用柴油机机身加工工艺复杂,为实现对机身工艺可靠性的评估,开发基于关键特征的船用柴油机机身工艺可靠性评价系统。该系统实现了对机身加工工艺信息的管理、关键特征的筛选,进而实现了对船用柴油机机身工艺可靠性的评估,为快速评价加工策略的优劣提供了可视化操作平台和决策支持。研究结果为机身实际生产加工提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The processing technology of marine diesel engine block is complicated. In order to evaluate the process reliability of the block, a marine diesel engine block process reliability evaluation system based on key features was developed. The management of block machining process information and the selection of key features could be realized based on the system, and then the assessment of the process reliability could be realized. The system provides a visual operation platform and decision support for quickly evaluating the processing strategy. The research results provide reference for the practical manufacture process of the block.
