    摘要:

    以一种新型卧式永磁同步动静压电主轴为研究对象,对电主轴电机进行电磁及控制策略设计与分析。对电机的主要尺寸和转子、定子等结构的电磁参数进行数值计算,利用ANSYS Maxwell软件对电机进行有限元仿真。针对电机结构特点,设计滑模转速控制/前馈解耦内模-PI电流控制的控制策略。利用MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建永磁同步电机控制系统仿真模型,并进行仿真分析。仿真结果验证了该设计方案的可行性,为电主轴电机及其控制系统的研制提供参考。

    Abstract:

    A new type of horizontal permanent magnet synchronous dynamic and static piezoelectric spindle was taken as the research object, the design and analysis of electromagnetic and control strategy for the electrospindle motor were carried out. The main dimensions of the motor and the electromagnetic parameters of the rotor and stator were calculated. The finite element simulation for the motor was carried out by using ANSYS Maxwell software. According to the structural characteristics of the motor, the control strategy of sliding mode speed control/feedforward decoupling internal model PI current control was designed. MATLAB/Simulink software was used to build the simulation model of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, and the simulation analysis was carried out. The simulation results verify the feasibility of the design scheme, and provide reference for the development of the electrospindle motor and its control system.
