    摘要:

    为对隧道施工掘进中的诸多偏向因素提供准确的导向辅助,降低人工测量盾尾间隙的潜在危险,提出一种盾构机盾尾间隙自动测量方案。对盾构机盾尾间隙空间结构进行分析,利用激光标记盾尾间隙并通过工业相机提取;基于TCP/IP进行工业组网通信与远程控制;利用数字图像处理技术OpenCV 的视觉库实现盾尾间隙的自动测量。以直径为8 m的盾构机为原型进行实地测试,开发基于Qt的PC客户端软件。实验结果表明:该测量方法能够满足工地实际测量要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to provide accurate guidance for many deviation factors in tunneling and reduce the potential danger of manual measurement of shield tail clearance, an automatic measurement scheme for shield tail clearance for shield tunneling machine was proposed. The space structure of the tail clearance of the shield tunneling machine was analyzed, the shield tail clearance was marked by using laser and extracted by using industrial camera; the industrial networking communication and remote control were carried out based on TCP/IP; the automatic measurement of the shield tail clearance was realized by using the vision library of digital image processing technology OpenCV. A Qt-based PC client software was developed based on a shield tunneling machine with a diameter of 8 m.The experimental results show that the measurement method can meet the actual measurement requirements of the construction site.
