    摘要:

    随着高性能传感器与工业互联网的发展,在线油液监测技术获得了快速的开发与应用。从软件系统和硬件2个方面介绍了基于工业互联网的在线监测油液信息化系统构建方法;软件系统方面介绍了数据采集系统架构、油液在线监测系统架构、开发环境与步骤、功能模块等相关内容;硬件方面介绍了运动黏度传感器、水分含量传感器、污染度传感器、磨粒传感器4类主要传感器。此外,对在线和离线监测数据进行了对比,确认了在线监测的准确性和有效性。

    Abstract:

    With the development of highperformance sensors and the industrial internet, online oil monitoring technology has been rapidly developed and applied. The construction method of online monitoring oil information system based on industrial Internet was introduced from two aspects of software system and hardware; in terms of software system, data acquisition system architecture, online oil monitoring system architecture, development environment and steps, functional modules and other relevant contents were introduced; in terms of hardware, four main types of sensors such as the kinematic viscosity sensor, moisture content sensor, pollution sensor and abrasive particle sensor were introduced. In addition, online and offline monitoring data were compared to verify the accuracy and effectiveness of the online monitoring system
