    摘要:

    为实现工业生产中便携式计算机外壳表面缺陷的自动检测,设计一种基于视觉检测的PLC智能控制系统,有效提高生产自动化程度。基于原有自动生产线,采用SolidWorks软件对整个装置进行改造设计,包括视觉检测、次品移除、料盘存储等装置。通过视觉检测技术有效识别便携式计算机外壳缺陷,结合PLC控制技术、气动与传感器技术,实现成品与次品的自动识别与分装,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。改造后的装置具有广泛的市场需求和工业应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the automatic detection of surface defects of notebook computers shell in industrial production, a PLC intelligent control system based on visual inspection was designed to effectively improve the production automation degree. Based on the original automatic production line, the whole device was reformed and designed by using SolidWorks software, including visual inspection, defective product removal, material disk storage and other devices. Through the visual inspection technology to effectively identify the notebook computers shell defects, combined with PLC control technology, pneumatic and sensor technology, the automatic identification and packaging of finished products and defective products were realized to reduce production costs and improve production efficiency. The modified device has broad market demand and industrial application prospect.
