    摘要:

    为确保工程机械液压结构稳定运行,在给出负载敏感制动阀组成的基础上,设计负载敏感制动系统,并进一步采用蓄能器构建负载敏感液压缸制动控制系统。ARX-RBF模型对结构复杂的非线性系统具备较高适用性,可根据输出结果实现对控制器运行状态的快速预测,同时能够对误差参数进行校正,从而使误差更小,达到最优控制状态。结果表明:利用模糊ARX-RBF模型进行故障诊断的准确率高,该模型用于分析负载敏感液压缸制动系统故障具有明显优势。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic structure of construction machinery, a load sensitive brake system was designed based on the composition of load sensitive brake valve, and a load sensitive hydraulic cylinder brake control system with energy storage was further presented. ARX-RBF model was highly applicable to the nonlinear system with complex structure. According to the output results, it could quickly predict the operating state of the controller and correct the error parameters, so the error was smaller and the optimal control state could be achieved. The results show that the fuzzy ARX-RBF model has high accuracy in fault diagnosis, and the model has obvious advantages in analyzing load-sensitive hydraulic cylinder braking system.
