    摘要:

    针对飞机襟翼等量分配器的检测效率低、检测精度低、不能协同作动筒联试等问题,通过深入分析襟翼等量分配器的工作原理及检测项目要求,设计一种以工控机为核心的智能检测装置,实现对襟翼等量分配器的流阻性能、流量差性能、挤塞性能和联调功能等项目的一体化检测,并提高了检测效率和检测精度。研究结果具有实用及军事价值。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problems of low efficiency, low precision and no joint test of the aircraft flap equal quantity distributor, an intelligent detection device with industrial computer as the core was designed through indepth analysis of the working principle and testing project requirements of the flap equal quantity distributor. The integrated detection of flow resistance performance, flow difference performance, congestion performance and joint debugging function of the flap equal quantity distributor was realized, and the detection efficiency and accuracy were improved. The research results has practical and military value.
