    摘要:

    颤振有助于改善比例阀响应特性,其频率及幅度参数与比例阀结构参数直接相关。基于开环比例控制阀仿真模型,研究功率级阀芯的颤振响应、颤振信号降低摩擦滞环的机制并确定最优参数范围。建立仿真模型,颤振信号通过双占空比高频PWM形式引入,基于电磁场有限元方法构建比例电磁铁,采用Karnopp摩擦模型建立衔铁及功率级阀芯动力学方程。仿真结果表明:摩擦模型能够较好地表征电磁铁力滞环及阀芯流量滞环现象;在颤振信号激励下,阀芯产生颤振运动,摩擦力状态在静摩擦与动摩擦间切换,进而影响其响应特性;颤振频率和幅度参数存在最优区间,且由比例阀的结构参数决定。

    Abstract:

    Dither can improve the response characteristic of proportional valve, and the dither frequency and amplitude directly depend on the structure parameters of the valve. Based on opencircuit proportional control valve simulation model, the dithering response of the valve spool and the mechanism of friction hysteresis under dithering were studied to determine the optimal parameter range. The simulation model was established, the dither signal was introduced through the dualduty ratio highfrequency PWM form, the proportional solenoid was modeled with electromagnetic finite element method, and the kinetic equations of the solenoid core and valve spool were established by using the Karnopp friction model. The simulation results show that the established friction model can be used to better characterize the hysteresis phenomena of the solenoid force and valve flow rate; under the dither signal excitation, the valve spool responses with dithering displacement and velocity, and the external friction force shifts from the static friction to dynamic friction, which affects the response characteristics of the spool; the dither frequency and amplitude parameters have an optimal range and are determined by the structural parameters of the proportional valve.
