    摘要:

    针对锂离子铝壳电池模组在冷金属过渡焊接过程中因焊丝卡丝、断丝现象造成的模组漏焊、报废问题,设计一种焊丝末端自动监测、智能控制系统。通过在焊机送丝柜加装焊丝监测传感器,实时监测并上传焊丝状态,控制系统针对监测的焊丝状态控制焊接系统执行模组焊接工作,实现模组在焊接过程中焊丝状态的自动监测、焊接状态的智能控制,保证模组生产稳定可靠,提高模组焊接的一次合格率。采用该焊丝状态自动监测、智能控制方案,能够有效降低锂离子电池模组在生产过程中因焊丝卡丝、断丝造成的模组焊接质量问题,提升模组焊接质量,降低设备平均故障间隔时间(MTBF),提升设备综合效率(OEE),具有较强的经济实用意义

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of module missing welding and scrapping caused by wire sticking and wire breaking in the process of cold metal transition(CMT) welding of lithiumion aluminum case battery module, an automatic monitor and intelligent control system of wire end was designed.The welding wire monitoring sensor was installed in the wire feeding cabinet of the welding machine to monitor and upload the welding wire status in real time. According to the monitored welding wire status, control system controlled the welding system to perform module welding, so as to realize the automatic monitoring of the welding wire status and intelligent control of the welding status of the module in the welding process,ensuring stable and reliable production of the module and improving the first pass rate of module welding.By using the welding wire state automatic monitoring and intelligent control scheme, the module welding quality problems caused by wire sticking and wire breaking in the production process of lithiumion battery modules can be effectively reduced, the module welding quality is promoted, equipment mean time between failures (MTBF) is reduced, overall equipment efficiency (OEE) is promoted. The designed system has strong economic and practical significance
