    摘要:

    流量脉动是引起齿轮泵自身振动及产生流体噪声的根本原因。为了得到流量脉动特性,以某型直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵为研究对象,基于MATLAB软件分析不同重合度所对应的理论瞬时流量曲线,研究齿轮副几何参数对流量脉动率的变化规律。结果表明:齿轮副退出啮合,理论瞬时流量最小。脉动率递增时几何参数影响程度由大到小排列为:齿轮分度圆半径>齿轮齿顶圆半径>传动比(两齿齿差)>齿圈齿顶圆半径;递减时由大到小排列为:齿轮齿数>齿轮分度圆半径>齿轮齿形半角。为了减少脉动率,对于满足计算的传动比,齿轮齿数确定,齿圈齿数取较小值,而齿圈齿数确定,齿轮齿数取较大值;齿形半角取较大值;齿轮及齿圈齿顶圆半径取较小值;齿轮分度圆半径在33.5~35 mm之间取值。

    Abstract:

    Flow pulsation is the fundamental cause of the vibration of the gear pump and the generation of fluid noise. In order to obtain the flow pulsation characteristics, a certain type of straight line conjugate internal meshing gear pump was taken as the research object, and the theoretical instantaneous flow curves corresponding to different coincidence degrees was analyzed based on MATLAB software, and the change rule of the gear pair geometric parameters on the flow pulsation rate was studied. The results show that the gear pair withdraws from the meshing and the theoretical instantaneous flow is the minimum. When the pulsation rate increases, the influence degree of the geometric parameters is arranged from large to small: gear reference circle radius,gear tooth tip circle radius, transmission ratio (difference between two teeth), ring gear tooth tip circle radius; when decreasing, it is arranged from large to small: the number of gear teeth,gear reference circle radius,gear tooth profile half angle. For the transmission ratio that meets the calculation, when the gear tooth number is determined, the ring gear tooth number takes a smaller value; when the ring gear tooth number is determined, the gear tooth number takes a larger value; the tooth profile half angle takes a larger value; the gear and ring gear tooth tip circle radiuses take smaller value; the gear reference circle radius is within 33.5~35 mm.
