    摘要:

    非圆齿轮作为现代工业中最关键的基础件之一,其运动特性直接影响整个机构的运行状况。为了研究中心距误差对非圆齿轮动态啮合力影响,对不同阶数非圆齿轮在中心距误差条件下的动态啮合力进行仿真分析,获取不同中心距误差下非圆齿轮动态啮合力变化趋势。分析表明:随着设定的中心距误差不同,非圆齿轮动态啮合力不同,随着中心距的减小,啮合力波动幅值减小;随着中心距的增大,啮合力波动幅值增大;不同频率下非圆齿轮啮合力幅值变化不同。上述研究可为非圆齿轮传动性能改善、减振降噪提供参考。

    Abstract:

    As one of the most important basic parts in modern industry, the motion characteristics of noncircular gears directly affect the operation of whole mechanism. In order to study the influence of center distance error on the dynamic meshing force of noncircular gears, the dynamic meshing force of different order noncircular gears under the condition of center distance error was simulated and analyzed, and the changing trend of dynamic meshing force of noncircular gears under different center distance error was obtained. The results show that the dynamic meshing force of noncircular gear is different with the different set center distance error, the fluctuation amplitude of meshing force decreases with the decrease of center distance, the fluctuation amplitude of meshing force increases with the increase of center distance, and the variation of meshing force amplitude of noncircular gear is different under different frequencies. The above research can provide reference for improving the transmission performance of noncircular gears, reducing vibration and noise.
