    摘要:

    振动能量采能装置为大规模的MEMS设备网络摆脱传统物理连接和电源维护的限制提供了可能,但传统振动能量采能装置大多采用单一换能器的单一采能模块,存在采能效率提升难度大、环境适应性差等缺陷,因此需要推动传统采能模式向多种换能器协同采能的复合模式转变。从超磁致伸缩材料的优异特性出发,整理归纳了目前基于超磁致伸缩材料的振动能量复合采能装置的研究现状,并根据复合采能模式的不同,将基于超磁致伸缩材料的复合采能装置进一步分为磁致伸缩/压电型和磁致伸缩/电磁型。梳理了不同类型振动能量复合采能装置的发展脉络,展望了基于超磁致伸缩材料的振动能量复合采能装置的发展方向及应用前景。分析结果研究人员对超磁致伸缩材料振动能量复合采能装置发展脉络的系统性理解提供了参考,也为复合采能装置结构及理论创新提供了参考

    Abstract:

    Vibration energy harvester provides a possibility for largescale MEMS equipment networks to get rid of the limitations of traditional physical connection and power supply maintenance, but most of the traditional vibration energy harvester use a single energy harvesting module with a singletype transducer, it has the defects of difficulty in improving energy collection efficiency and poor environmental adaptability. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the transformation from the traditional energy harvesting mode to the hybrid mode of multiple transducer synergistically harvest energy. Based on the excellent characteristics of the giant magnetostrictive materials, the research status of vibration energy hybrid harvester based on the giant magnetostrictive material was summarized. According to the different models of hybrid energy harvesting, the hybrid energy harvesters based on giant magnetostrictive materials were further divided into magnetostrictive/piezoelectric type and magnetostrictive/electromagnetic type. The development context of different types of vibration energy hybrid energy harvesters was summarized, and the development direction and application prospect of vibration energy hybrid harvesters based on giant magnetostrictive material were prospected. The analysis results help researchers to systematically understand the development context of the giant magnetostrictive material vibration energy hybrid harvester, and it provides a reference for the structure and theoretical innovation of hybrid energy harvesters
