    摘要:

    弯头是弯头式电动扭矩扳手的关键部件,其性能是决定扳手控制精度、传动效率和稳定性的重要因素。为保证弯头式电动扭矩扳手整机性能,设计了弯头试验机测控系统。在整机装配前,对弯头性能进行测试,对其扭矩、转速和传动效率进行检验,实现了质量检验和质量管理,提升了弯头的设计和加工装配水平。基于西门子S7200 smart PLC和昆仑通态TPC7062Ti触摸屏设计了测控系统,实现了不同工作模式以及数据处理和数据监测等。经试验,该系统界面友好、自动化程度高、试验效率高,测控功能满足弯头试验需求,提高了弯头式电动扭矩扳手智能制造水平。

    Abstract:

    Elbow is the key component of the electric torque wrench, its performance is an important factor to determine the control accuracy, transmission efficiency and stability of the wrench. In order to ensure the performance of the elbow electric torque wrench, the measurement and control system of the elbow test machine was designed. Before the assembly of the whole machine, the performance of the elbow was tested, and the torque, speed and transmission efficiency of the elbow were tested, so as to realize the quality inspection and quality management, and the design, processing and assembly level of the elbow was improved. Based on Siemens S7200 smart PLC and Kunluntongtai TPC7062Ti touch screen, the measurement and control system was designed, and the different working modes, data processing and data monitoring were realized. Through the test, the system has friendly interface, high degree of automation, high test efficiency, and it’ s measurement and control function meets the elbow test requirements, which improves the intelligent manufacturing level of the elbow electric torque wrench.
