    摘要:

    针对当前雷达天线保护架需人工进行安装与拆卸的现状,设计一种分段式雷达保护架自动展收机构,并可兼做维修功能平台,通过应用液压闭环同步控制技术实现保护架的自动展开与收拢,极大提高雷达的机动性能。运用多体动力学仿真及优化技术对其关键力学特性进行分析,为该机构的研制提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at current situation that the installation and disassembly of antenna protection frame of radar are carried out by manual work,an automatic folding/unfolding mechanism for sectional type protection frame of radar was designed,while it could be used as maintenance function platform.Automatic folding/unfolding for protection frame was realized by the application of hydraulic closed loop synchronization control technology,and maneuvering characteristic of radar was advanced greatly.The key part mechanical characteristics was analyzed by using multi-body dynamics simulation and optimization technology.It provides reference for study and development of the mechanism.
