    摘要:

    采用电熔爆加工技术进行大长径比异形深孔加工时,加工表面质量和电极损耗是影响加工效果的主要因素。采取自主开发的异形深孔加工电极,通过单因素试验法研究大长径比异形深孔加工过程中峰值电流、电源电压、电极材料、冷却液压力等工艺参数对加工表面质量和电极损耗的影响;通过正交试验的方法确定各因素影响加工表面质量的主次顺序及最佳工艺参数组合。结果表明:在电极材料为铜钨合金时,峰值电流120 A、电源电压21 V、冷却液压力6 MPa为最佳工艺参数组合。研究结果为电熔爆异形深孔实际加工中的参数选择提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    When electrical melting and explosion processing technology is used to process special-shaped deep holes with large aspect ratio,the surface quality and electrode loss are the main factors that affect the processing effect.The self-developed special-shaped deep hole machining electrode was used to study the influence of process parameters such as peak current,power supply voltage,electrode material,coolant pressure and other process parameters on the surface quality and electrode loss in the process of large aspect ratio special-shaped deep hole processing through single factor experiment method;the primary and secondary order of influencing factors on machined surface quality and the optimal combination of process parameters were determined through orthogonal test.The results show that when the electrode material is copper-tungsten alloy,the peak current is 120 A,the power supply voltage is 21 V,and the coolant pressure is 6 MPa,which is the best combination of process parameters.The research results provide reference for the parameters selection in the actual machining of special-shaped deep holes through electrical melting and explosion.
