    摘要:

    呼吸辅助导丝的传统封装方式是人工封装,为提高其封装效率,设计一种自动化呼吸辅助导丝封装机。对产品的封装工艺进行归纳研究,并结合人机工程学,设计对应的机构模仿工人封装动作以实现封装功能。该封装机采用电机与气压作为动力源同步驱动机构工作,配以相关的PLC控制技术协调各机构工作,以实现自动化封装。结果表明:该封装机在保证封装质量的同时,能够实现一次性封装多根导丝,减轻工人的劳动强度,提高呼吸导丝的封装效率。研究结果为呼吸辅助导丝自动化封装提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The traditional packaging method of respiratory assistant guide wire is artificial packaging.In order to improve the packaging efficiency,a kind of automatic packaging machine for respiratory assistant guide wire was designed.The product packaging process was summarized and studied,combined with ergonomics,the corresponding mechanisms were designed to imitate the production action of workers to achieve the packaging function.In the design of the packaging machine,the motor and air pressure were used as the power source to drive the mechanism to work synchronously,and relevant PLC control technology was used to coordinate the work of each mechanism,so the automatic packaging function could be realized.The results show that the packaging machine with multi position fixture can not only guarantee the packaging quality,but also realize the one-time packaging of multiple guide wires,reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the packaging efficiency of respiratory guide wires.The results provide reference for automatic packaging of respiratory guide wire.
