    摘要:

    针对传统液压机压制频次低、生产效率低的问题,设计一种可实现高频次压制的1 000 kN快速液压机。利用AMESim软件搭建快速压机液压系统仿真模型,通过仿真分析研究1 000 kN快速液压机的压制频次。介绍1 000 kN快速液压机的机械结构组成和液压系统工作原理,利用AMESim软件搭建液压系统各子系统仿真模型并验证其正确性。完成液压系统仿真模型搭建,并对1 000 kN快速压机连续2次压制过程进行动态特性仿真。结果表明:所设计的1 000 kN快速液压机能够满足高频次压制要求。

    Abstract:

    The traditional hydraulic press has the shortcoming of low pressing frequency and low production efficiency.To solve this problem,a 1 000 kN rapid hydraulic press with high frequency pressing was designed.Based on AMESim software ,the simulation model of the press hydraulic system was built,and the pressing frequency of the press was studied through the simulation analysis.The mechanical structure of the press and the working principle of the hydraulic system were introduced,the simulation models of each subsystem of the hydraulic system were built and the correctness of these simulation models were verified based on AMESim software.The hydraulic system simulation model was built and the dynamic characteristics of two successive presses of the press were simulated.The research shows that the designed 1 000 kN rapid hydraulic press can meet the requirement of high frequency pressing.
