Abstract:The traditional hydraulic press has the shortcoming of low pressing frequency and low production efficiency.To solve this problem,a 1 000 kN rapid hydraulic press with high frequency pressing was designed.Based on AMESim software ,the simulation model of the press hydraulic system was built,and the pressing frequency of the press was studied through the simulation analysis.The mechanical structure of the press and the working principle of the hydraulic system were introduced,the simulation models of each subsystem of the hydraulic system were built and the correctness of these simulation models were verified based on AMESim software.The hydraulic system simulation model was built and the dynamic characteristics of two successive presses of the press were simulated.The research shows that the designed 1 000 kN rapid hydraulic press can meet the requirement of high frequency pressing.
