    摘要:

    设计一种智能装配系统,采用机器视觉识别工件的位置、角度和类型;将工件的信息通过Modbus-TCP通信协议传输到S7-1200 PLC控制器;控制器根据既定的程序算法将处理好的工件相关数据信息传输到多关节机器人的控制器,进而使机器人按照预先示教好的程序和算法对工件进行抓取和装配。该系统在实际应用中效率高、稳定性好,能有效降低人工成本,并且可以根据不同工件灵活改变控制策略,具有较大的经济和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    An intelligent assembly system was designed, which was used machine vision to identify the position, angle and type of the workpiece; the workpiece information was transmitted to the S7-1200 PLC controller through the Modbus-TCP communication protocol; the controller transmitted the workpiece data information to the controller of the multijoint robot according to the established program algorithm, furthermore, the robot could grasp and assemble the workpiece according to the pretaught program and algorithm. The system has high efficiency and good stability in practical application. By using the system, the manual cost can be effectively reduced, the control strategy can be flexibly changed according to different workpiece, which can bring great economic and social benefits.
