    摘要:

    为解决火车车厢零部件制造企业自动化冲压生产问题,根据某公司冲压生产线的工艺特点,针对35MN油压机结构,研制了一款用于上下料的机械手,并结合实际生产工艺路线,提出了一套整线自动化改造方案,以实现从来料到产品码垛的自动化生产。该生产线由物料台、二次定位台、桁架式机械手、夹治具和油压机构成,能满足多种冲压钣金件的自动化生产,可以有效提高生产效率,改善产品质量,节约加工成本。经测试:该生产线可以实现长1 500~4 000 mm、宽900~1 280 mm、质量小于110 kg的任意板材的自动化生产,运行周期为38 s,满足了生产制造需求。该自动化改造生产线具有运行稳定、设备操作方便、适应性强等特点。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of automatic stamping production in a train carriage parts manufacturing enterprise, according to the process characteristics of a company’〖KG-*2〗s stamping production line,a loading and unloading manipulator was developed for the 35MN hydraulic press. A set of automation transformation program for the whole line was proposed in order to realize the automatic production from feeding to product palletizing.The production line consisted of material table, secondary positioning table, truss manipulator, gripper and hydraulic press, which could meet the automation production of various stamping parts, effectively improve the production efficiency of the stamping industry, improve product quality and save processing costs.The tested results show that the production line can be used to realize the automatic production of any sheet with the length of 1 500~4 000 mm, width of 900~1 280 mm and weight of 110 kg,and the operating cycle is 38 s,meeting the manufacturing needs. This automated transformation production line is stable in operation, easy to operate, and highly adaptable.
