    摘要:

    在机器视觉中,经常由于工件表面上的喷漆、镀膜、玻璃、包装膜或其他反光材质的影响,工业相机无法顺利采集到高质量的图像。因图像的对比度较低或者关键特征无法完整呈现,经常会导致机器视觉系统中误检、误判、精度低、不稳定等现象的发生,甚至输出错误的数据。针对以上问题,以电容表面字符缺陷检测和覆有透明包装膜的键盘表面字符检测实验为例,通过利用光的偏振特性,将起偏、检偏两个偏振片集成在一起,采用改进的偏振光源有效地消除了机器视觉中的强反光现象,获得了字符特征清晰的图像

    Abstract:

    In machine vision, due to the influence of painting, coating, glass, packaging film or other reflective materials on the surface of the workpiece, industrial cameras can not acquire highquality images successfully.Because of the low contrast of images or the incomplete presentation of key features, it often leads to the occurrence of false detection, misjudgment, low precision and instability in a machine vision system, and even output wrong data. In order to solve the above problems, the experiments of character defect detection on capacitor surface and character detection on keyboard surface covered with transparent packaging film were taken as examples,the polarizing plates were integrated with the analyzer plates by using the polarization characteristics of light.By using the improved polarization light source, the strong reflection phenomenon in machine vision was effectively eliminated, and the images with clear character features were obtained
