    摘要:

    为探明正交车铣已加工表面形貌变化规律,对已加工表面宏观形貌进行研究。在建立正交车铣已加工表面宏观形貌仿真算法的基础上,仿真各切削参数下正交车铣已加工表面宏观形貌的三维图形,分析各切削参数对已加工表面宏观形貌的影响规律,并进行了试验验证。研究结果反映了正交车铣已加工表面圆柱度的变化规律,为提高正交车铣的加工精度提供了指导。

    Abstract:

    For ascertain changing rules of machined surface profile in orthogonal turn-milling,the macroscopic profile of machined surface in orthogonal turn-milling was researched.The simulation algorithm of machined surface macroscopic profile in orthogonal turn-milling was built.Three dimensional graphics of machined surface macroscopic profile corresponding to cutting parameters were simulated and changing rules of those were analyzed.Finally,above simulation results were verified by some experiments.The above work reflect the changing rules of machined surface macroscopic profile in orthogonal turn-milling,it offers a reference for improving cutting precision of orthogonal turn-milling.
