    摘要:

    以化学发光免疫分析仪的液体漏加检测功能为研究对象,建立压力检测系统的数学分析模型,推导出影响系统压力变化的影响因子,研究压力检测系统的管径、管长及抽液速度等参数对压力检测精度的影响,揭示了系统结构参数和性能参数对压力检测精度的影响规律。结果表明:加样系统的管长、管径及抽液速度,对压力检测系统的稳定性影响比较显著;合理选择管长、管径及抽液速度,有助于改善系统的稳定性,提高压力检测系统的准确性。

    Abstract:

    In order to research the liquid leakage detection function of chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer,the mathematical analysis model of the pressure detection system was established, and the influencing factors of the system pressure change were deduced. The influence of parameters such as pipe diameter, pipe length and pumping speed on the accuracy of pressure detection system was studied, the influence rule of system structure parameters and performance parameters on the pressure detection accuracy was revealed. The results show that the pipe length, pipe diameter and pumping speed of the sampling system have significant influence on the stability of the pressure detection system; a reasonable choice of the pipe length, pipe diameter and pumping speed is helpful to improve the stability and the accuracy of the pressure detection system.
