    摘要:

    针对我国小型单(双)缸内燃机广阔市场需求,根据JBZ-23-07型转子式摩托车机油泵生产装配自动化要求,设计装配系统总体方案,确定各零件装配顺序和流程,重点解决装配控制系统问题。针对控制系统硬件设计,选择PLC及串接模块,分析PCU与驱动器接线。设计控制系统软件,在CX-Programmer环境下,调试PCU参数设置,编写PLC控制程序和通信程序,开发人机交互界面。实验结果表明:该控制系统能够与视觉系统、上位机图像软件系统以及执行机构等有效协同配合工作,满足工业生产需求。

    Abstract:

    In view of the broad market demand of small single (double) cylinder internal combustion engine in China,according to the production and assembly automation requirements of JBZ-23-07 rotor-type motorcycle oil pump,the overall plan of assembly system was designed,the assembly sequence and process of each part were determined,and the problem of assembly control system was focused on.For the control system hardware design,PLC and serial module were selected,PCU and driver wiring was analyzed.The control system software was designed,PCU parameter setting was debugged under CX-Programmer environment,PLC control program and communication program were written,human-computer interaction interface was developed.The experimental results show that the control system can effectively cooperate with the visual system,the upper computer image software system and the actuators to meet the needs of industrial production.
