    摘要:

    旋转变压器因其高精度、高可靠性的优点广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域,专用解码芯片为核心的解调系统只能实现一对一的解调方式,不方便扩展。针对以上问题,提出以现场可编程门阵列为核心的多轴旋转变压器解调系统。该系统可以同时解调8个旋转变压器角度数据,采用前置CORDIC算法的闭环解码跟踪算法实现解码,解调精度高、速度快,适用于多轴联动控制系统中伺服电机角度的测量。通过实验验证了该系统的可行性,证明了该算法可以提高多轴解码系统的解码精度。

    Abstract:

    Resolvers are widely used in various fields of industrial control due to their high precision and high reliability. The demodulation system with a dedicated decoding chip as the core can only achieve one-to-one demodulation, which is not convenient for expansion. In response to the above problems, a multiaxis resolver demodulation system with a field programmable gate array as the core was proposed. The system could be used to demodulate the angle data of eight resolvers at the same time. The closedloop decoding tracking algorithm with the front CORDIC algorithm was adopted to achieve decoding. The demodulation accuracy was high and the speed was fast. It was suitable for measuring the angle of the servo motor in the multi-axis linkage control system. Finally, the feasibility of the system was verified through experiments. It is proved that the decoding accuracy of the multiaxis decoding system is improved by using the algorithm.
