    摘要:

    以太阳能光伏支架用热轧钢卷为控制对象,设计在平面或弧面上以曲线或直线的形式于任意位置喷印标识且无需钢卷移动的机器人全自动喷号系统。对热轧钢卷自动喷号系统设计要求、机械和电气控制系统、专家智能报警算法、软件设计进行详细阐述。针对钢卷不规则、机器人故障、钢卷位置偏离等故障信息,采用专家智能判别算法智能诊断并报警,保障安全生产。根据现场的投入使用,选取ABB六轴工业机器人IRB6640作为硬件核心部件。结果表明:该系统可取代人工进行喷印,提高了生产效率,具有较高的实际应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Taking the hot rolled steel coil used for solar photovoltaic support as the control object, a robot automatic marking system was designed, which could spray mark on any position in the form of curve or straight line on the plane or arc surface, and did not need to move the steel coil. The design requirements, mechanical and electrical control system, expert intelligent alarm algorithm and software design for hot rolled coil automatic marking system were described in detail. In view of coil irregularity, robot fault, coil position deviation and other fault information, expert intelligent discrimination algorithm was used to intelligently diagnose and alarm to ensure safe production. According to the field application situation, the ABB six axis industrial robot IRB6640 was selected as the hardware core component.The results show that the system can replace manual printing, improve production efficiency, and has higher practical application value.
