    摘要:

    为提高液压冲裁机的工作速度和精度,采用电液比例换向阀控制下压液压缸,构成冲裁机电液比例位置控制系统。利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink模块进行联合仿真,设计模糊控制规则和模糊PID控制器,对比分析原系统与采用模糊PID控制的系统的位置控制性能。结果表明:加入模糊PID控制的系统响应速度快、无超调、信号跟踪能力强、鲁棒性好。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the working speed and precision of hydraulic punching machine,the hydraulic cylinder was controlled by electro-hydraulic proportional directional valve,and the electro-hydraulic proportional position control system for punching machine was constituted.AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink modules were used for joint simulation,the fuzzy control rules and fuzzy PID controllers were designed,and the position control performance of original system and the system with fuzzy PID control were compared and analyzed.The results show that the system with fuzzy PID control has fast response speed,no overshoot,strong signal tracking ability and good robustness.
