    摘要:

    采用模拟及实验的方法研究承压输油液压管路在管内速度、压力变化时的频率响应特性。在承压输油液压管路振动模拟实验台上进行实验,采用某EVM8振动监测分析系统。该系统采用嵌入式系统内核、高采样率高精度A/D模块、自适应放大电路、信号频率自动追踪和基于CPLD的自动跟踪抗混滤波器,具有较高的测试精度。通过实验,得到输油管路的振动固有频率。根据计算结果分析液压输油管路内的液压油流速、压力变化对输油管路固有频率的影响。对输油管路内不同流速、压力条件下的频率响应特性进行分析,结果表明:当输油管路内压力不变时,管路的各阶固有响应频率随着流体流动速度的提高而降低;当流动速度不变时,管路的各阶固有响应频率随压力的提高而增加。

    Abstract:

    The frequency response characteristics of pressure oil pipeline under the change of velocity and pressure were studied by means of simulation and experiment.The experiment was carried out on the vibration simulation test-bed of hydraulic pipeline,a certain EVM8 vibration monitoring and analysis system was used.In the system,embedded system kernel,high sampling rate and high precision A/D module,adaptive amplifier circuit,signal frequency automatic tracking and anti aliasing filter based on CPLD were adopted,and the system had high test accuracy.Through experiments,the natural frequency of oil pipeline vibration was obtained.According to the calculation results,the influence of hydraulic oil flow rate and pressure change on the natural frequency of oil the pipeline was analyzed.The frequency response characteristics under different flow rate and pressure in oil pipeline were analyzed.The results show that when the pressure in the pipeline is constant,the natural response frequency of each order of pipeline decreases with the increase of fluid flow rate;when the flow rate is constant,the natural response frequency of each order of pipeline increases with the increase of pressure.
