    摘要:

    熔融沉积成型加工制件形状通常较为复杂,一般包含大倾角或悬空区域,机床直接打印会出现塌陷变形,影响制件加工质量,因此需准确识别模型薄弱区域并为其添加支撑结构。依据面片倾角筛选危险三角面片,采用种子扩散法建立独立的支撑区域,在支撑区域内自适应散布支撑点;通过切片轮廓信息简化支撑路径的生成算法,自适应选取最优支撑路径;通过机床打印试验获取算法中可调参数,使用自适应柱状支撑算法和Slic3r的支撑算法处理多个模型。结果表明:自适应柱状支撑算法能减少支撑耗材和运算时间。

    Abstract:

    In general,the shape of fused deposition processing parts is complex,the printing parts with large inclination or suspended area will cause collapse deformation and affect the print quality when printed directly on a machine tool.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately identify the weak area of the model and add support structure for it.According to the patch angle,the dangerous triangular patches were selected.The independent support area was established by using the seed diffusion method,and the support points were distributed adaptively in the support area;the support path generation algorithm was simplified by slice contour information,and the optimal support path was selected adaptively;the adjustable parameters in the algorithm were obtained through printing test on the machine tool,and the adaptive columnar support algorithm and Slic3r support algorithm were used to process multiple models.The results show that by using the adaptive columnar support algorithm,the support consumables are reduced,the calculation time is saved.
