深通孔键槽铣床柔性转轴振动特性研究

    摘要:

    为探寻深通孔键槽专用铣床柔性转轴加工过程中的振动特性,结合机床结构,运用欧拉-伯努利理论推导出转轴径向的振动位移响应函数模型,〖JP2〗得到工艺参数单因素变化下转轴的振动位移响应曲线。开展转轴振动试验测试,分别比较转轴振动位移幅值的理论与试验值,相对误差均在10%内,表明理论与试验的一致性较好,验证了柔性转轴振动理论模型推导的正确性。模型数据和试验结果表明:在机床铣削过程中,应尽量选择小的铣削深度、多齿数铣刀配〖JP〗合小的每齿进给量及相对较小的铣削速度,使铣削过程更平稳,降低对深通孔键槽加工质量的影响。该研究结果为机床产品设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the vibration characteristics of the flexible shaft of the special milling machine for deep through hole keyway,combined with the structure of the machine tool,the Euler-Bernoulli theory was used to derive the radial vibration displacement response function model of the shaft,and the vibration displacement response curve of rotating shaft under single factor change of process parameters was obtained.The shaft vibration test was carried out,and the theoretical and experimental values of the shaft vibration displacement amplitude were compared respectively,the relative error was within 10%,which indicated that the theory and the experiment were in good agreement and the correctness of the derivation of the flexible shaft vibration theoretical model was verified.The model data and test results show that in the milling process,it is necessary to choose a small milling depth,a multi-tooth milling cutters with a small feed per tooth and a relatively small milling speed to make the milling process more stable and reduce the influence on the processing quality of the deep through hole keyway.The research results provide reference for the product design of machine tools.
