    摘要:

    为提高电梯系统蓄能器的能量回收效率,提出一种将液压蓄能器与飞轮蓄能器相结合的新型液压飞轮蓄能器。利用AMESim建立液压飞轮蓄能器的仿真模型,并将它应用于新型电梯系统。结果表明:该新型液压蓄能器液压飞轮蓄能器回收的动势能总量可达到100 kJ,能量密度提高至4.02 W·h/kg,且位移和压力变换都比较平缓,工作性能稳定。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the energy recovery efficiency of accumulator in elevator system, a new hydraulic flywheel accumulator was proposed which combined hydraulic accumulator with flywheel accumulator. The simulation model of the hydraulic flywheel accumulator was established by using AMESim, and it was applied to the new elevator system. The results show that the total recovered kinetic energy of the hydraulic flywheel accumulator can reach 100 kJ, the energy density can be increased to 4.02 W·h/kg, the displacement and pressure change are relatively gentle, and the working performance is stable.
