    摘要:

    电路板手工制作过程中人工钻孔定位准确度要求高、耗时长、危险系数高,为解决这一问题需要机器代替人工自动钻孔。设计一套基于机器视觉的电路板自动钻孔系统。系统通过机器视觉进行电路板的图像采集,经过灰度处理、图像滤波及二值化、边缘检测等预处理后得到电路板线路边缘的图片,利用霍夫变换进行圆孔位置识别与定位,采用遗传算法对加工路径进行优化,通过C#语言编写控制机器程序,实现自动钻孔。实验结果表明:该自动钻孔系统能够准确、快速地进行电路板自动钻孔,大幅度提高了钻孔的效率和安全性。

    Abstract:

    In the process of PCB manual production,manual drilling positioning accuracy is required to be high,time-consuming and high risk factor is high.A set of PCB automatic drilling system based on machine vision was designed.In the system,the image of circuit board was collected by machine vision,the image of circuit board edge was obtained after preprocessing such as gray level processing,image filtering,binarization and edge detection,Hough transform was used to identify and locate the circular hole position,the processing path was optimized by using genetic algorithm,and the control program was compiled through C# language to realize automatic drilling.The experimental results show that the automatic drilling system can be used to accurately and quickly drill the circuit board automatically,which greatly improves the efficiency and safety of drilling.
