    摘要:

    为了建立刨削直角切削力预测模型,分析研究的必要性和现状,基于AdvantEdge进行Ti6Al4V合金切削仿真,所得数据作为预测模型的基础。首先对经验公式进行改进,建立改进的指数预测模型;后对仿真数据进行SPSS分析,对模型进行了可行性分析和多元回归求解,最后再对模型进行检验。通过改进的指数预测模型拟合出数据与原数据对比后发现,绝大多数误差在10%以内,说明将切削参数(进给量和切削速度)和刀具参数(前角)进行结合也能预测切削力,同时为后续研究切削参数和刀具参数的结合做了铺垫。

    Abstract:

    In order to establish a planing right-angle cutting force prediction model,the research necessity and the current research status were explained.Ti6Al4V alloy cutting simulation was made with AdvantEdge,and the obtained data were taken as the basis of the prediction model.The empirical formula was improved and an improved index prediction model was established.Then SPSS analysis was performed on the simulation data,and feasibility analysis and multiple regression solution were made to the model,finally the model was tested.Through comparing the fitted data with the original data through the improved index prediction model,it is found that most of the errors are within 10%,indicating that the combination of cutting parameters (feed and cutting speed) and tool parameters (rake angle) can also be used to predict the cutting force.It also paves the way for the subsequent study of the combination of cutting parameters and tool parameters.
