    摘要:

    为实现飞机复杂结构件大角度开闭角缘条及外形等特殊结构的数控精密铣削加工,提出基于零件空间位置变化的扩大机床旋转行程技术。针对机床双摆轴结构,建立机床复合摆角与A、B摆轴转角的对应关系,研究机床复合摆角范围。在建立机床运动学模型的基础上,研究零件转动角度与机床复合摆角之间的对应关系,分析零件在加工平面内允许转动的最大角度。结果表明:当机床摆轴行程为±25°时,其最大复合摆角为34.8°;当所需机床摆角介于25°~348°时,可通过零件转动实现特殊结构的五轴加工;零件可转动角度范围随所需摆角的增大而减小,直至所需摆角为极限值34.8°时,转动角度范围缩小至唯一值47.8°。为提高零件装夹效率,设计专用快速定位工装,实现零件合适位置的快速找正。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the NC precision milling of the complex aero-parts’ special structure such as large opening and closing angle chord,the technology of expanding the machine tool pendulum angle range was proposed based on change the space position of the workpiece.According to the double pendulum axis structure of the machine tool,the corresponding relationship between the compound pendulum angle of the machine tool and the pendulum angle of the axis A and axis B were established,so the compound pendulum angle range of the machine tool was studied.Based on the established kinematic model of the machine tool,the corresponding relationship between the rotation angle of the workpiece and the compound pendulum angle of the machine tool was studied,so the maximum allowable rotation angle of the workpiece in the machining plane was calculated.The results show that when the pendulum angle range of the axis A and axis B is ±25°,the maximum compound pendulum angle of the machine tool is 34.8°;when the required machining pendulum angle is between 25° and 34.8°,the five-axis milling of its special structure could be realized by rotating the workpiece;the rotation range of the workpiece decreases with the increase of the required machining pendulum angle,when the required machining pendulum angle is increased from 0° to 34.8°,the rotation range of the workpiece is gradually reduced to only 47.8°.In order to improve the clamping efficiency,a special frock was designed to realize rapid properly positioning the workpiece.
