    摘要:

    针对多功能压缩式垃圾车采用现有液压系统工作时,两侧举升缸运动不同步问题,提出一种同步控制系统,即在其液压控制系统中加入普通调速阀和电液比例调速阀,以实现主、从同步控制;通过PID模块控制电液比例调速阀的流量,从而降低主动油缸与从动油缸运动的位移偏差,以实现两者高精度同步运动。利用AMESim 16软件对控制方案进行仿真验证,结果表明:所提系统响应速度更快、同步精度更高、运行稳定性更高。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem that the movement of the lifting hydraulic cylinders on both sides of the multifunctional compression refuse truck is out of sync when the lifting hydraulic work based on existing hydraulic system, a synchronous control system was proposed, that was, ordinary speed control valve and electro-hydraulic proportional speed control valve were added to the hydraulic control system to achieve master-slave synchronous control; through the PID module, the flow of the electro-hydraulic proportional speed control valve was controlled, so that the displacement error of the active cylinder and the driven cylinder was reduced, and the high-precision synchronous movement of the master and slave cylinders was achieved. The control scheme was simulated and verified by using AMESim 16 software. The results show that the proposed system has faster response speed, higher synchronization accuracy and higher operation stability.
