    摘要:

    液压管路是民机液压系统的重要部件,在周期性循环压力载荷作用下,极易出现疲劳失效。通过三维软件SolidWorks建立管路的实体模型,将几何模型保存为X_T格式的文件,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench,得到管路的有限元模型。对该模型进行网格划分和边界条件的施加,对管路进行静力学分析。在此基础上,根据管路的材料属性,利用Workbench中的Fatigue Tool模块进行管路的疲劳寿命分析,进而找出管路易发生故障的位置。研究结果为民机液压系统维修和结构优化设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Hydraulic pipeline is an important part of the hydraulic system of civil aircraft, and it is prone to fatigue failure under the action of cyclic pressure load. The solid model of the pipeline was established by using the 3D software SolidWorks, and the geometric model was saved as a file in X_T format, which was imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to obtain the finite element model of the pipeline. The model was meshed and boundary conditions were applied, and the pipeline was statically analyzed. On this basis, according to the material properties of the pipeline, the Fatigue Tool module in the Workbench was used to analyze the fatigue life of the pipeline to find out the possible location of the pipeline that was prone to failure. The research results provide reference for maintenance and structural optimization design of civil aircraft hydraulic system.
