深海液压缸活塞杆密封仿真分析

    摘要:

    为分析深海环境下液压缸活塞杆Y形圈的密封性能,利用ANSYS软件建立Y形圈的仿真模型,分析不同工作状态下活塞杆Y形圈的密封应力。结果表明:由海面下潜至深海5 km过程中,安装、活塞杆外伸和收回3个工作状态下,最大von Mises应力基本不变、最大接触应力最大增幅约37%;增大压缩率,最大接触应力均减小、最大von Mises应力变化不一致。按照现有标准设计的液压缸活塞杆Y形圈密封结构能够满足深海密封的要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze the sealing performance of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod Y-ring in deep sea environment,the simulation model of the Y-ring was established by using ANSYS software,and the sealing stresses of the piston rod Y - ring were analyzed under different working conditions.The results show that during the process of diving from the sea surface to the 5 km deep sea,the maximum von Mises stress is basically unchanged and the maximum contact stress increases by about 37% under the three working states,such as installation,piston rod extension and retracting;with the increase of compression ratio,the maximum contact stress decreases,and the maximum von Mises stress changes inconsistent.The hydraulic cylinder piston rod Y-ring seal structure designed according to the existing standard meets the requirement of deep sea sealing.
